Wolfe's Wild West Adventure On Wed. June 24th club member Josh Wolfe will be leaving the east coast and heading to Denver, Co. for a 28-day combination camping, hotel and dorm tour of the Western United States. The tour starts in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and weaves through the west and ends in the southwest! Follow the trials and tribulations of JoshHanson's Wild West Adventure! We have made it our goal to provide many opportunities whether you have been playing all of your life, just started or even if you would prefer to just watch. We have had many successes in the years leading up to 2008 and have even more planned for 2009! In addition to pickup soccer, we will continue to host our summer tournament in July, we will have more friendly games and we will be reopening the field at Sunnybrook Park this year thanks to your hard work. Enclosed please find this year''s membership form. You can donate to the club (we suggest $35) or tell us what is important to you by putting in a little extra to go to sponsoring children in AYSO, developing fields or to make our tournament the best it can be. Full Story: http://www.soccer.com Heritage Classic Over 30 Adult Soccer Tournament - July 11, 2009 Note the phone number in the brochure has been corrected.Join us for the Heritage Classic Soccer Tournament, July 11, 2009 - This tournament will be open to players aged 30 years and older. Each team will play 4 matches guaranteed. Each match will be 20 minutes with no stop for half time. There will be a running clock kept by the referee on the field. Extra time will not be added for time lost if teams are not ready to play at their scheduled time. It is scheduled for August 3-7. Under the direction of Danville High School Head Boys Coach, Chris Johns, the coed soccer day camp was established in 2005 and features daily guest coaches, skill challenges, daily and weekly themes with awards and a weeklong World Cup tournament. Cost: $70 for campers ages 5-8 and $80 for campers ages 9-12. Included in the registration cost are an adidas soccer ball and a camp T-shirt. Registration deadline: Monday, July 20. Register early, as enrollment in each session is limited. Times: Campers ages 5-8 attend from 9:00 am - 11:30 am and campers ages 9-12 attend from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm throughout the week. Staff: Coach Jeff Bower (Milton HS Head Boys Coach), Coach Terri Roberts (Moravian College) and Coach Jordan Beaver (Lebanon Valley College) will join Coach Johns for a great week of camp. From Route 80 go toward Milton and turn right onto School House road (Dental Health Associates). Go straight through the stop sign, then right at the second stop sign (Stamm road). From Route 147 go toward Route 80 and turn left onto Stamm road. Follow for about 1 mile (Stamm road turns into Muddy Run road) then turn left onto Beaver road. (You will see a house on the corner with a stone wall.) Turn right at wooden farm house and continue to follow the road as it turns to gravel. Continue back to farm bearing left at next intersection.
